Braised Minced Pork Meat with Soy Bean Sprouts : Specially for the Kids

Kids will love this tasty dish. Braised minced pork meat with chopped soy bean sprouts will lead your kids asking for more. It seems as though no amount is enough to satisfy their cravings.

Ingredients

1. Pork meat.
2. Soy bean sprouts.
3. Seasoning ingredients such as oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, and thick black soy sauce.

Method

Cut the meat into small cubes and then chop the cubes with a chopping knife until minced condition. You can use a blender to ground the meat cubes  if  you are in a rush .


Chop the soy bean sprouts into almost "ground" condition.


Put bit of oil into the wok, followed by the minced meat and seasoning ingredients


Remove the stir fried minced meat from the wok and add the chopped soy bean sprouts to the wok. Add seasoning ingredients and stir fry for a few minutes. Then add the minced meat and water. Add more water as the kids love the brownish gravy immensely.



Mix the ingredients and water and cover the wok. After 30 minutes, remove the wok cover and pour the dish into a bowl.

"Hmm... yummy! yummy!"I heard the kids murmuring.
